How to reach PortWall
- Support ticket: sign in to https://portwall.net/billing/ and choose Support → Open New Support Ticket. Tickets are the best way to get help with a service or your account: the conversation stays in one place, under Tickets Archive, and the team can see which services are yours.
- Email: [email protected], for example before you have a customer account.
- Sales: [email protected] for quotes, volume orders and plan changes.
The office is open Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time.
Opening a support ticket
- Sign in to https://portwall.net/billing/.
- Choose Support → Open New Support Ticket (also on the dashboard).
- Write a clear subject and describe the problem.
- Submit the ticket. You are told by email when the team replies; read and answer the reply in the portal, under Tickets Archive.
You must be signed in to open a ticket. Without a customer account, write to [email protected].
What to include
Say which service the ticket is about (its product and server name, as in Services), what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. For a PortWall WAF problem, add the PortWall version, the server's Installation ID and screenshots of the console's Overview and errors panel; see Troubleshooting PortWall on Windows. Never send passwords or licence keys in a ticket unless the team asks for them.
Reporting a security problem
If you think you have found a security vulnerability in a PortWall product itself, write to [email protected] rather than opening an ordinary ticket. Include how to reproduce it.
Product documentation
Most questions about using a product are answered in its documentation: PortWall WAF at https://portwall.net/docs/. For SpamDuster, see https://spamduster.com.
