Where your invoices are
Sign in to https://portwall.net/billing/ and open Invoices. The Invoices page lists every invoice with its status, and shows your Current balance. Open an invoice to see what it is for, the amount due and the due date. Each new invoice is also emailed to the address on your account.
Paying an invoice
Open the invoice in the portal: it shows the payment methods available to you and, for each one, how to pay. Pay the exact amount shown, in USD, and quote the invoice number with any payment you make outside the portal so it can be matched to your invoice. A paid invoice shows as paid in the portal, and the service it was for is set up or renewed.
If a payment does not show as received after a reasonable time, open a ticket with the invoice number and the date and amount you paid. See Getting help.
Account credit (Add Funds)
Add Funds puts credit on your account in advance. Credit is used for your invoices, including renewals, so services renew without you paying each invoice by hand. Your Current balance on the Invoices page shows the credit you have.
Taxes and the details on your invoice
Prices exclude taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes. Your invoices show the name, company and postal address on your account: keep them correct under Account → Edit Details before an invoice is raised, because an issued invoice keeps the details it was issued with.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the product's terms. For PortWall WAF, annual plans are not refunded, in whole or in part, if cancelled before the end of the year. The terms for each product are linked from https://portwall.net/legal.html. If you think you were charged in error, open a ticket with the invoice number.
