Your account
Your PortWall customer accountOne customer account in the PortWall portal at portwall.net/billing holds every PortWall service you buy, its invoices and your support tickets. Create it when you first order, sign in with your email address and password, and use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page if you lose the password.Ordering a PortWall productChoose the product in the PortWall portal, give the service a server name, check the order summary and confirm it. The portal raises an invoice; the service is set up as soon as the invoice is paid. Order one service per server or appliance.Telling your services apartEach service shows its product name and a server name. You give the name when ordering (the Server name field) and can change it at any time with Edit label in the Services list, so several licences of the same product are easy to tell apart.
Invoices and payment
Invoices and payingEvery order and renewal raises an invoice in the PortWall portal, also sent by email. Open it to see how much is due and the ways you can pay. Account credit added with Add Funds pays later invoices automatically.Renewals and unpaid invoicesServices renew for another billing period when their renewal invoice is paid, in advance. The portal raises the renewal invoice ahead of the due date and emails it. An invoice left unpaid can lead to the service being suspended; paying it restores the service.
